Services

Three ways to train. All of them point at the same thing.

I like to have fun with this. I like to make it something that every single one of my clients looks forward to and finds genuinely therapeutic — and still walks out of more capable than she came in.

In Person

Private self defense and conditioning in Metro Vancouver.

One-to-one sessions built around technique first: stance, feet, hips, fist, guard. We move slowly until the shape is real, then we add speed, then power — never the other way round.

Every session carries conditioning underneath it. High intensity work, good cardio, and real attention to form, because the version of your technique that matters is the tired version.

No sparring you haven't agreed to. No being thrown into a room of people who already know what they're doing. We talk through injuries and history before anything physical happens.

Online

Coached programming for weeks I can't be in the room.

Built for shift workers. Conditioning, mobility and solo technique work you can run at 6am or 11pm, structured so a short week doesn't break the whole thing.

You send video, I send corrections. The mind and body connection still gets coached — I'd rather fix one rotation properly than hand you a list of exercises.

Works on its own, or between in-person sessions to keep the rhythm alive.

Nutrition

Fuel for the training, not a diet.

Practical guidance on eating for conditioning and recovery: protein, carbs around training, hydration, and what actually works on a night shift.

No meal plans you'll abandon and no rules designed to make you feel guilty. Most of my job here is education — a lot of people were simply never taught how their body uses food.

Start with the calculator for your own daily numbers, then we adjust from what really happens in your week.
